At our core, we firmly believe in the necessity of a profound shift in how we engage within our communities. Guided by the principle reflected in Mark 10:45 (NIV) that "the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many," and Proverbs 3:27 (NIV) which advises, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act,” we are committed to raising awareness, extending assistance, and providing resources for our initiatives. Our goal is to spark active engagement from all who encounter our efforts, directly or indirectly, envisioning a world where individuals unite to support one another.

The Marriage of Joe and Noelle!
The Human Collective Foundation is thrilled to announce the upcoming marriage of our founder, Noelle Guiriba Marx, and retired Commander Joseph William Charles!
Noelle and Joe have spent their lives following God’s calling, and this next chapter will be no exception. Their wedding will take place on January 25, 2025, marking the beginning of not only their marriage but also a season of joint ministry and service.
This short engagement reflects their shared commitment and obedience to God’s plan. With the Ember Bridge Project in Panama requiring them to live there two weeks out of every month for the next four months, they wanted to honor God by beginning both their marriage and this project in alignment with His will.
The Ember Bridge Project will help build vital infrastructure to serve the Indigenous population of Panama. This initiative, along with The Human Collective Foundation’s continued work supporting those in poverty in our local Clay and Duval County communities, is a reflection of their shared passion for serving others.
Additionally, Noelle has recently been called to full-time ministry with Adventures in Missions, serving as the Parent Ministry Manager. This new role, which is entirely donation supported, will allow her to walk alongside families in their faith journeys while serving communities internationally.
Joe’s incredible obedience to God’s calling has paved the way for this journey together, and both he and Noelle are grateful for the opportunities to serve in His name.

Christmas of Hope 2024
Join us in making this holiday season brighter for families in need! Now in its fourth year, Christmas of Hope continues our tradition of giving back to children and families in Clay County and Duval County. Over the last two years, we have reached more than 600 family members with an outpouring of love and support, providing new toys, clothing, and special gifts for everyone in the household—including mom and dad.
